REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a broad range of technical deliveries.
• A degree in Technology, Information Sciences, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
• Proficiency in writing requirement documents and user stories.
• Experience defining and modeling business processes using tools such as flow diagrams or swim-lane diagrams.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and software development processes.
• Experience working with cross-country teams is desirable.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, capable of breaking down complex problems into logical and manageable constructs.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Product Owner to translate high-level objectives into actionable technical requirements and drive the delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires a collaborative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creating impactful products that prioritize client and user needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate higher-level backlogs into actionable technical requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering teams.
• Create, refine, and maintain backlogs to ensure frequent and incremental value delivery while avoiding unnecessary technical or operational debt.
• Address questions, doubts, and risks raised by stakeholders and developers.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders across teams to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end solutions.
• Drive backlog prioritization and manage partner expectations.
• Illustrate “as-is” and “to-be” business processes using swim-lane diagrams or Activity Diagrams.
• Document and communicate product roadmaps to identify and prioritize strategic product direction.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, Testers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions following Agile methodologies.
• Advocate for clients/users, prioritizing their needs in product design.
• Contribute to the continual development and improvement of departmental processes.
• Lead discussions around roadmap item dependencies and delivery implications.
• Analyze requirements and advise on scope and options for continuous operational improvement.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders using appropriate techniques to ensure a shared understanding.
