Job Description We are currently hiring Kyiv-based applicants for the following shift: Tuesday — Saturday 8AM—5PM Base 44 is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Tech Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will be on the front lines, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the overall success of our product. In your day-to-day, you will: Provide Base44 users with complex technical solutions, including remote access to systems, analyzing diagnostics, and troubleshooting network or database issues Implement fixes, workarounds, or configuration changes to restore functionality Properly identify, document, and escalate bugs for quick resolution Recognize trends in user experiences and advocate for fast solutions Interact closely with the product team to understand features, functionality, and potential pain points Document and clearly communicate technical issues to developers with detailed steps for replication Qualifications Strong technical skills, comfortable navigating unfamiliar tools and technical documents Demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion within a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in small, collaborative teams and communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms Strong growth mindset and a relentless pursuit of success, with a genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills Proven experience with vibe coding tools - an advantage Familiarity with JavaScript and React basics – an advantage Experience troubleshooting API connections, inspecting network requests, and identifying errors in the console Additional Information We're Base44, a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how software gets built.
