We are seeking a Technical Product Training Materials Testing Specialist to support the Space Force’s Rapid Resilient Command and Control (R2C2) Program. In this role, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality eLearning (CBT) assets for a Department of Defense (DoD) training program. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with technical teams and development partners across the program.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Researches, designs, and implements training materials using various multi-media channels, including digital and paper-based.
  • Writes, designs, edits, and maintains training materials.
  • Communicates complex product information to non-technical audiences.
  • Maximizes the effectiveness of training materials by researching training methodologies, learning tools, and practices.
  • Coordinates publication and dissemination of materials.
  • Works with software development teams and subject matter experts to write requirement documents for new Internal Research & Development (IR&D) efforts.
  • Plans and coordinates user testing of FTI software.
  • Facilitates user feedback on FTI tools.
  • Creates storyboards, prototypes, and learning assets

For this role, the annual compensation range for candidates in Colorado is ($63K-$85K)*.

  • Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. FTI has a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations
