Description
Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager / Technical Writer to lead cross-functional initiatives while creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation. This hybrid role combines program management expertise with technical writing skills to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality content that supports internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Program Management Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks. Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. Technical Writing Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, process workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and validate accuracy. Ensure documentation complies with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Manage version control and maintain documentation repositories. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical Communication, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 5+ years in program/project management with proven success in delivering complex initiatives. 3+ years of technical writing experience in a technology or compliance-driven environment. Skills: Strong project management skills (PMP or similar certification preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and risk management practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or related domains. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO, NIST). Technical background in IT systems or cybersecurity. Core Competencies Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
