Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead program management efforts across Workstreams #1–9 under the IAM initiative.
  • Collaborate with GE Leads to manage cybersecurity teams focused on IAM processes, controls, metrics, reporting, and audit support.
  • Participate in internal and external audit inquiries, including scope coordination, timeline management, and evidence gathering.
  • Support quality control by reviewing IAM control implementation evidence and artifacts prior to finalization.
  • Conduct regular meetings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) with GE IAM Compliance Leaders.
  • Provide detailed status reporting, highlighting accomplishments and challenges.
  • Partner with GE Leaders to resolve delivery challenges and ensure alignment with program goals.
  • Assist in identifying and assessing control deficiencies and recommending process improvements.
