Description

Manage the introduction of new cloud services, hardware platforms and the tools / processes to deploy next generation cloud infrastructure capabilities. Analyze data to identify, prototype, and drive the implementation of technical and process improvements to increase the predictability, agility, and quality of our capacity deployment systems. Continuously drive improvements in the Time-to-Market (TTM) for the introduction of new cloud services Ability to effectively communicate with and influence partner teams. Provide technical and program leadership with respect and integrity. Drive technical projects from requirements through launch, including managing complex project schedules, mitigating risks, and keeping processes running smoothly. Develop status reports and communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management. Resolve complex integration issues that may arise when cloud capacity is built at scale. Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 1+ years' experience with large-scale distributed systems, datacenter infrastructure, and cloud services engineering. 1+ years' experience demonstrating ability to build relationships and influence in a matrixed organization. Understanding of Datacenter hardware architecture, interactions between systems components, networking and storage. Prior systems development or validation experience is a plus.
