What we ask for: Technical Program Manager (TPM) plays a crucial & critical role in driving the success of digital platforms for the Bank. TPM leads the technical projects and takes bottom line accountability to ensure project, team success. As a TPM you: Will be part of Technology team. End to end ownership of large-scale programs Provide technical program management leadership across Product, Technology, Enterprise, IT, Vendor partners Understand, have experience in, Agile Ways of working and is able to coach others Help define Product Vision & define the success (like KPIs) and business goals. Create Software Development roadmaps and align different Product Increments for Product success. Create & optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Understand Software Development Lifecycle: and interface, manage dependencies with different enterprise teams Compliance Risks Operations Cross Functions Promote usage of collaboration, Project Management tools (Azure DevOps, Teams … Create and maintain plans/sprints for User Journeys / features Epic, User Stories, Acceptance Tests Understand and help define, implement Non Functional requirements Help setup and succeed in Architecture Review Board Have ability to influence KPIs like Total Cost of Ownership, maintainability so on. Own and ensure that execution is inline with the vision of the Product. Lead the Sprints (and ceremonies) of Product & Engineering to actively drive towards product success Plan and manage sprint demos & provide feedback to scrum teams Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing, Closed User Group product acceptance Lead triage of defects, bugs and track them to closure Provide one view of Product, Program progress (by tracking to KPIs) to stakeholders Do status reporting (weekly) with Agile KPIs, lead the Steer Co meetings Experience range required 8-15 years Skills: Strong communications skills. Customer centricity, obsession for customer Ability to manage stakeholders (product owners, business stakeholders, cross function teams) to coach agile ways of working. Ability to structure , organize teams, and streamline communication. Prior work experience in the product engineering/development with hands on technical role is mandatory. Prior experience in Indian Banking segment (Lending) and/or Fintech is desired.
Responsibilities
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead large-scale technical projects and ensure the success of digital platforms for the Bank. This includes end-to-end ownership of programs, managing dependencies, and driving product success through Agile methodologies.
