POSITION DESCRIPTION
Technical Program Management Intern
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Technical Program Management Intern, you will support the planning and execution of AI research and engineering projects for the AI Engineering Team. You will collaborate with some of the best and brightest AI engineering staff and machine learning researchers to ensure thorough planning and and timely delivery of software projects. This internship is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, a passion for AI, and an interest in program management. You will work closely with an AI Engineering Technical Program Manager on your projects for day-to-day direction.

Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources for ongoing AI research and engineering initiatives utilizing agile methods;
Documentation: Maintain and organize project documentation, including meeting notes, progress updates, and technical reports;
Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks or risks in project execution and collaborate with teams to implement solutions;
Process Improvement: Contribute to improving workflows and processes by gathering feedback and suggesting enhancements;
Tool Management: Support the team in using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to track progress and prioritize tasks; and,
Other duties as assigned.
