Our TPM and Product Management team leads efforts such as designing product architecture and solutions to complex technical needs, identifying trends in product quality and performance to define or change existing features; prioritizing and delivering on the roadmap; managing project schedules and release plans; monitoring product/service performance and driving continuous improvement in quality, profitability, supportability and delivery. In this role, you will also have opportunities to act as technical advisor with customers to evangelize products, solicit feedback, and support field sellers where needed. In this role you will be responsible for the following types of activities: Lead and orchestrate high-impact, cross-functional initiatives Drive strategic programs with executive visibility, ensuring alignment across engineering, compliance, and business teams. Focus on clear milestones and dependency management to deliver outcomes that matter. Develop actionable insights into government customer priorities Go beyond understanding usage—translate sensitivity and sovereignty requirements into concrete platform features and roadmap commitments. Mobilize a distributed organization for decisive execution Build coalitions across diverse teams, influence decision-makers, and remove ambiguity to accelerate Azure adoption in regulated markets. Convert demand signals into growth enablers Partner with engineering, marketing, finance, and legal to turn customer requirements into prioritized investments that unblock Azure expansion. Champion compliance and security as growth accelerators Ensure government-specific infrastructure, identity, and security needs are embedded in Azure services to support sensitive workloads. Establish a disciplined operating rhythm with agility Define cadence, stakeholder map, and reporting that balances rigor with speed—enabling transparency without slowing innovation. Apply advanced program management practices Drive risk mitigation, quality assurance, and schedule adherence while fostering efficient decision-making and timely delivery. Facilitate customer design and deployment workshops Guide secure architecture decisions and provide best-practice recommendations for mission-critical applications. Act as the Voice of Customer with measurable impact Surface insights, champion blockers removal, and influence engineering priorities to deliver tangible adoption outcomes. Establish a rhythm of business, foster alignment among diverse stakeholders, and ensure timely decisions that unblock growth while building trust with our partners. Lead complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end—setting priorities, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery against strategic objectives. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience delivering cloud services and driving Azure feature requirements. 5+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under export control regulations, potentially under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations or Export Administration Regulations, the EU Dual Use Regulation, and/or other export control regulations. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide either proof of their country of citizenship or proof of their U.S. permanent residency or other protected status (e.g., under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) for assessment of eligibility to access the export-controlled information. Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development or equivalent experience. 12+ years in engineering, product, or technical program management, with focus on mission-driven government and sensitive workloads. Proven technical aptitude; ability to learn new technologies and cloud trends quickly. Familiarity with engineering practices and telemetry-driven insights. Skilled in integrating technologies and resolving complex, scenario-blocking issues. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and geographically disperse teams and influence outcomes in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Executive presence with experience engaging customers and decision makers. Proven initiative and problem-solving across diverse teams. Experience introducing new approaches to existing problem spaces. Ability to balance rigor and governance with speed and innovation.
