The role As a Program Manager, you’ll lead the delivery and success of AI agent implementations for enterprise customers. You’ll be the key link between our product, engineering, and client teams — translating requirements into action plans, ensuring seamless integrations, and driving projects from kickoff to go-live. You’ll work hands-on with clients, helping them define success metrics, monitor performance, and scale adoption across multiple channels and markets.
