Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate complex technical initiatives across engineering, product, and operations teams in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end program execution, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with exceptional program management and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs and initiatives Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, objectives, and timelines Manage project roadmaps, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams Drive Agile and/or Scrum processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery Translate business requirements into technical execution plans Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies Track and report program performance metrics, KPIs, and progress updates Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making Oversee documentation of program plans, processes, and outcomes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or related role Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar) Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (valid U.S. work permit required) Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or PMP, PgMP, or Scrum certification Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) Background in software engineering or technical leadership Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure programs Prior experience working in fully remote or global teams What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling Opportunity to lead high-impact technical programs Professional development and certification support Collaborative, innovation-driven culture Career growth and advancement opportunities.
