  • Orchestrate Portfolio Management: Provide executive visibility across 35+ projects spanning multiple business units and international locations

Technical Architecture & Integration

  • Navigate Complex Compliance: Work within government cloud environments (GCC High), FedRAMP Moderate requirements, and SOX controls
  • Optimize Microsoft Ecosystem: Leverage the full Power Platform stack (Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online) to create innovative project management solutions
  • Drive System Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity across our multi-domain, multinational architecture supporting both US and international operations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Enable Global Teams: Coordinate with IT managers across US facilities and international locations
  • Remove Technical Roadblocks: Use your deep technical understanding of systems architecture to identify issues and engage the right resources for resolution

What Sets This Role Apart

  • Direct Executive Impact: Your work directly influences company-wide strategic initiatives and technology roadmap
  • Technical Depth Required: Prior role as developer or solutions architect in the ERP / MRP / Manufacturing space is critical for success
  • Growth Trajectory: Potential to evolve into broader strategic technology leadership as transformation accelerates
  • Innovation Focus: Lead evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies including AI, automation, and next-generation enterprise platforms

  • Microsoft Tools for Project Management: MS Project, MS Planner, Sharepoint, Power Platform, Power BI
  • Government/Compliance Experience: Familiarity with federal contracting requirements, SOX controls, or similar regulatory environments highly desirable
