Bring passion and dedication to your job and there’s no telling what you could accomplish. DESCRIPTION We are looking for TPM (Technical Program Manager) to collaborate with multi-functional teams. The candidate will play a meaningful role in the development of Apple products including working with cross functional team to automated manual process, looking for opportunities for more effective manufacturing. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS BS degree or above, majoring in Materials Science, Mechanical/EE/Automation Engineering Solid understanding of core ML/AI concepts, algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning), and model evaluation techniques Good English communication (written & spoken) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of hands-on experience in Design / Manufacturing Process Development Proficiency in the following areas: -Design for manufacturability, FMEA, tolerance stack-up analysis -Laser welding, laser soldering, glueing, adhesive films, assembly -Statistical data analysis, understand basic statistical tools used in manufacturing, exp. SPC, capability, Design of experiments, regression, modeling GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerances) Excellent project management skills, working in a matrix organization Demonstrable track record of leading a multi-functional team in order to achieve new product objectives inclusive of quality, yield, and cost Experience in massive data analysis, coding and machine learning/AI application would be a plus
