Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale digital transformation project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, working with multiple tracks of work, and effectively managing dependencies and risks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
10+ years of experience in program/project management
Proven ability to manage large-scale digital transformation projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus
Skilled in JIRA
Key Responsibilities:
Overall integrated program planning the digital transformation project.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate and oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and integration across all tracks.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and business stakeholders, to ensure project success.
Communicate project status, progress, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data technologies.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in AI.
