MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in data pipelining, SQL, dashboards and visualization, and industrial operations/sustainability.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Machine Learning in cleansing large data sets.
  • Experience as a Data Engineer.
  • Experience in the Consulting Industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop data governance processes, standards, and methodologies for aggregation and reporting.
  • Lead development and maintenance of tooling and infrastructure used for data collection, processing, visualization, and reporting of water, WUE, energy, PUE, greenhouse gas emissions, water, waste and other sustainability metrics for third-party data center operations.
  • Lead development and maintenance of tooling aand infrastructure used for data collection, processing, visualization, and reporting of water, WUE, energy, PUE, greenhouse gas emissions, water, waste and other sustainability metrics for Google’s own and operated data center operations.
  • Track prevailing data center performance and environmental metrics standards, align standards, methodology, and tooling requirements and implement solutions.
  • Develop templates and supporting materials for environmental and performance metrics reporting by data center and utility teams. Facilitate and coordinate aggregation and reporting of water, waste, and other sustainability metrics.
