Description

JOIN A LEADING FINTECH COMPANY THAT’S DEMOCRATIZING FINANCE FOR ALL.

Robinhood Markets was founded on a simple idea: that our financial markets should be accessible to all. With customers at the heart of our decisions, Robinhood and its subsidiaries and affiliates are lowering barriers and providing greater access to financial information. Together, we are building products and services that help create a financial system everyone can participate in.

WITH GROWTH AS THE TOP PRIORITY…

The business is seeking curious, growth-minded thinkers to help shape our vision, structures and systems; playing a key-role as we launch into our ambitious future. If you’re invigorated by our mission, values, and drive to change the world — we’d love to have you apply.

$144,500 - $170,000 CAD

Benefits, which vary by region and Robinhood entity.
We’re looking for more growth-minded and collaborative people to be a part of our journey in democratizing finance for all. If you’re ready to give 100% in helping us achieve our mission—we’d love to have you apply even if you feel unsure about whether you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Robinhood, we’re looking for people invigorated by our mission, values, and drive to change the world, not just those who simply check off all the boxes.
Robinhood embraces a diversity of backgrounds and experiences and provides equal opportunity for all applicants and employees. We are dedicated to building a company that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We believe that the more inclusive we are, the better our work (and work environment) will be for everyone. Additionally, Robinhood provides reasonable accommodations for candidates on request and respects applicants’ privacy rights. Responsibilities

ABOUT THE TEAM + ROLE

The Developer Infrastructure (Dev Infra) team at Robinhood empowers every engineer to deliver exceptional software — faster, safer, and at scale. We design and build the invisible foundations that make innovation possible, ensuring that developers can focus on writing great code while relying on seamless tooling, systems, and processes.
Our vision is ambitious: A world where engineers can design, build, test, and ship in minutes — not days — with full confidence in their tools. We are a multidisciplinary team covering backend and frontend platforms, CI/CD, and testing infrastructure
We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead and orchestrate cross-cutting initiatives that span multiple Dev Infra sub-teams. This role is pivotal in realizing our mission of accelerating software delivery and improving developer experience, reliability, and operational excellence at scale.
You’ll drive programs that touch every part of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)— from code authoring to deployment — and help ensure the delivery of infrastructure systems that are invisible when working perfectly, trusted by developers, and continuously evolving to meet our growing needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Own the planning and execution of large-scale programs across Dev Infra, including efforts in CI/CD scalability, developer tooling adoption, test infrastructure modernization, and platform migrations.
  • Unify Vision & Execution: Translate product and engineering strategy into concrete, measurable plans that align across multiple teams.
  • Deliver Developer Value: Work backward from internal developer needs to define requirements, priorities, and milestones that improve velocity, reliability, and satisfaction.
  • Foster Operational Excellence: Establish and refine processes that improve visibility, communication, and accountability across distributed engineering teams.
  • Promote Dev Infra’s Mission: Clearly communicate the vision, roadmap, and progress of infrastructure programs to technical and non-technical partners.
  • Measure What Matters: Partner with engineering leadership to define and report key metrics (e.g., PR cycle time, CI/CD success rate, build speed, test coverage, etc.) to ensure we’re moving the needle.
  • Be a Multiplier: Proactively identify risks, misalignments, and inefficiencies — and implement scalable solutions to address them across the organization.
