We are seeking a hands-on Technical Program Manager (PMO) to lead complex customer programs in a fast-growing, multidisciplinary deep-tech environment. This role drives execution across customers, R&D and operations teams, owning programs from early design engagement through data centres qualification and production ramp - directly enabling customer adoption, predictable delivery, and revenue growth. What We’re Looking For Strong ownership and execution mindset Structured, proactive and business-oriented Excellent communication across technical and commercial stakeholders Thrives in fast-paced startup environments Requirements 2–3 years of experience in Technical Program Management, PMO, or Project Management in technical environments Strong technical foundation — preferably an engineering degree Experience leading cross-functional programs involving R&D, manufacturing and customers Ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects end-to-end Preferred Background in hardware, semiconductors, photonics, systems, or deep-tech Exposure to customer-facing programs and design-in processes Responsibilities Own end-to-end execution of customer programs - from design-in through DC qualification and production ramp Drive on-time delivery of milestones and customer commitments in complex technical environments Act as the execution focal point between customers, R&D and operations teams Build and scale multi-customer execution frameworks that support company growth Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and minimize escalations across programs Ensure high-quality delivery while protecting engineering focus
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end execution of customer programs, driving on-time delivery of milestones, and acting as the central execution point between customers, R&D, and operations teams. The manager will also build execution frameworks and proactively manage risks to ensure high-quality delivery.
