MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in the design-build environment for mission critical facilities (e.g., data centers, pharma, industrial).
  • Experience in the pre-construction industry, including conceptualizing, project planning, design development, and project management of data center design/construction.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related commercial or technical field.
  • Professional qualification in cost, risk and contract management.
  • Experience working towards Chartered/Professional status within a recognized professional institution.
  • Experience working towards formal leadership and management certification within a recognized professional body.
  • Ability to communicate in English at business level.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project-specific early stage program management in line with established project guardrails.
  • Manage architects, engineers, project controls, vendors, and contractors.
  • Provide technical and planning inputs for configuration decisions on sites and support the energy and location strategy team with technical constructability reviews.
  • Lead as the principal data center delivery team contact for supply planning and associated issues.
  • Lead the process for securing funding and obtaining approvals through stage gate process and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
