Technical Program Manager Location: Fremont, CA We are seeking an energetic and driven Technical Program Manager to support cross-functional projects at Pebble. In this role, you will work alongside experienced program managers and collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, and other teams to help deliver our innovative electric vehicle products. This is a role for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn, intellectually curious, and excited about taking ownership. You'll grow rapidly in a real engineering, manufacturing, and product environment, not a training program. Responsibilities: Support program managers in coordinating technical projects across engineering, design, manufacturing, and operations teams Help develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure teams stay on track Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and priorities Track project progress using tools like JIRA and Confluence, identifying blockers and helping to escalate issues appropriately Support manufacturing operations by managing production tickets, tracking vehicle-specific build issues, and analyzing fleet impact across development and production vehicles Organize and prepare materials for project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder reviews Support process improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency and project predictability Learn and grow your technical understanding across hardware, software, and systems integration Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, EE or Computer Engineering plus 1-4 years in a technical, operations, or engineering-adjacent role (internships, analyst roles, junior engineering positions, or similar) where you've developed comfort working with cross-functional teams and technical concepts. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Technical curiosity and ability to understand and translate technical concepts for different audiences Self-starter with high energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment Passion for sustainable technology, outdoor recreation, or RV lifestyle Comfortable writing simple scripts or learning tools to automate repetitive tasks (Python, AI-assisted coding) Preferred: 2-4 years of direct technical project or program management experience Preferred: Experience in embedded systems, hardware-software integration, or automotive/robotics applications Preferred: Master’s degree in Mechanical, EE or Computer Engineering Benefits: Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off Salary: $88,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
