Job opening: Hiring Technical Program Manager @ fintech product company in Chennai Experience Range: 5 - 7 years Looking for candidates to join in less than or 30 days notice period. Minimum of 3 years of working experience as Program Manager Essential Requirements Experience: A background in technical leadership or project delivery, combined with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Mindset: Familiarity with Agile practices is a plus, but more importantly, you bring a proactive attitude, ready to tackle challenges beyond the traditional scope of your role. Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with leadership, cross-functional teams, and technical staff, coupled with a proven track record of successful project execution. Adaptability: Experience working in an environment that requires autonomous decision-making, with the capability to balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Preferred Experience Advantageous: Experience in product delivery roles would be a plus, though not required. Fintech/Startup: Prior experience in the Fintech sector or with startups is desirable. Certifications: Holding certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a bonus. Key Responsibilities Spearhead multiple cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across various teams. Act as a crucial link between Business and Engineering, facilitating collaboration to launch new features and initiatives. Collaborate with technical and product leadership to develop and manage the delivery roadmap for assigned teams. Continuously refine and optimize program management strategies using data-driven insights, aiming to enhance delivery efficiencies. Oversee collaboration tools and processes to streamline workflow across projects. Mentor Agile/Scrum teams as a coach or Scrum Master, focusing on improving team autonomy and performance. Maintain overall program-level oversight and accountability, ensuring smooth project progress. Establish detailed project schedules, define key milestones, and consistently track and communicate progress to stakeholders. Proactively identify and resolve blockers in collaboration with Engineering, Design, QA, and Product teams to ensure timely delivery. Lead critical high-priority initiatives, managing the complete delivery process end-to-end when necessary. Provide comprehensive project tracking, management, and reporting. Design and implement reporting templates, tools, and structured progress updates. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to generate detailed status reports and updates on ongoing projects. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by finding innovative ways to enhance team and organizational performance.
