ABOUT THE JOB: A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. As a Technical Program Manager for Google's Edge Network Compliance, you will orchestrate and lead cross-organizational technical programs. Serving as the bridge between strategic objectives and engineering execution, you will apply technical judgment to navigate ambiguity and deliver impactful solutions. You will proactively scope technical requirements, define engineering roadmaps, and ensure alignment between executive technical and non-technical stakeholders. By leveraging advanced domain knowledge, you will drive programs that deliver significant technical, business, and operational improvements, guiding teams through the entire project life-cycle while contributing to a culture of engineering excellence. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
