MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with hardware design and engineering.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in continuous improvement, execution, organizational change, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, manage change, and conduct technical analysis to support engineering efforts.
• Ability to break down programs, and have domain knowledge.
• Excellent planning, communication and management skills and ability to apply agile methodologies.

• Determine program phasing and metrics that address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship.
• Determine and collect data required to govern programs and drive stakeholder decision-making.
• Anticipate change management requirements and develop change management rollout plans for programs including impact analysis.
• Build relationships with executive program stakeholders to enable decision making.
• Develop technical analysis, tools, and processes that support engineering execution, excellence, and velocity.
