MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in compliance and information security.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with control frameworks, including risk assessment, compliance testing, monitoring, and governance.
  • Experience with cloud security technologies.
  • Experience in the operationalization or development of scalable solutions and structure within an environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Cloud leadership for guidance on technology risk-related questions, such as identity and access management, change management, software development life-cycle, network security, data loss prevention, incident management, and vulnerability management.
  • Work with engineering organizations to identify, develop, document, and test controls for design and operating effectiveness, in coordination with the Cloud CISO controls team.
  • Establish and sustain relationships with Cloud CISO and Engineering stakeholders at operational and executive leadership levels, communicating risk and compliance topics and collaborating to improve risk management processes.
  • Support the regulatory affairs and stakeholder engagement teams during audits and examinations, identify both qualitative and quantitative metrics that can be leveraged to measure effectiveness and drive improvements to the technology risk program.
