MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with System Architecture within Supplychain.
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) within Supplychain.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Experience with data analysis.
  • Experience with Business Process Reengineering (BPR).

Responsibilities
  • Influence and drive design, implement scalable API-based systems and processes to support business operations, lead the migration from legacy first-party systems to modern platforms, and ensure minimal disruption to business workflows.
  • Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to identify operational pain points and translate business requirements into technical solutions, and serve as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage the integration of third-party systems and services, including vendor evaluation, technical implementation, etc.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, design and implement new workflows, tools, and systems to streamline operations.
  • Develop and execute cross-functional enablement programs to ensure teams are trained on new systems and processes.
