Job Description At InPost Technology, we are building and scaling complex, technology-driven platforms that power logistics at scale. As a Technical Program Manager, you will own and deliver cross‑team, end‑to‑end technology programs with real business impact. You will operate autonomously across multiple teams and domains, connecting strategy to execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery translates into measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with high ownership and visibility. What you will do Own and deliver complex, multi‑team technology programs from planning through launch Build end‑to‑end program plans: goals, milestones, value slicing, roadmaps, and critical paths Manage cross‑team dependencies, risks, and integration boundaries proactively Translate business and technical goals into clear scope and measurable outcomes Define and track program KPIs, ensuring delivery drives business value Lead RAID reviews, readiness checks, and rollout reviews Coordinate non‑functional requirements (SLA/SLO, security, operability) Systematize AI usage in program execution (scenario generation, readiness testing, metrics validation, reporting) Drive governance mechanisms such as steering committees and decision reviews Communicate clearly with engineering, product, design, operations, and senior leadership Mentor Associate TPMs and contribute to team standards and playbooks Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in technology program or project management Proven track record of delivering multi‑team programs end‑to‑end Strong understanding of software delivery, integrations, and system dependencies Experience working closely with engineering and product teams Ability to influence without authority and manage competing priorities Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Fluent English and Polish Technical skills Agile / Kanban / Lean methodologies · JIRA, Confluence, M365 SQL / PostgreSQL (basic querying) Understanding of REST / SOAP APIs, security fundamentals (VPN, SSL) Familiarity with system architecture and non‑functional requirements Ability to build delivery plans, risk registers, and initiative roadmaps Nice to have Experience in logistics, e‑commerce, or large‑scale platforms Experience working with external vendors or third parties Certifications: Agile, PMP, ITIL (or equivalent) Background in Engineering Management or Business Additional Information Why join InPost Technology High‑ownership role with real impact on large‑scale technology platforms Work on complex, cross‑domain programs at group level Strong engineering culture and collaboration with senior stakeholders Opportunity to shape how AI is systematically used in program delivery Direction: Engineering Managers and Directors - InPost Tech Organisation: InPost Group - Technology
