Position Summary As a Technical Program Management Intern, you will be a key member of the Project Management Organization (PMO) supporting the Agile/Scrum project teams and will represent the voice of both the developers and stakeholders to execute project planning and delivery. The Technical Program Management Intern will work closely with Product Management, developers, architects, and operations to define and prioritize features and stories, to ensure alignment with customer and program needs, and improve value of development. Our intern should and aim to meet project goals with both quality and integrity. Eligibility: This internship is open to students pursuing their bachelors or masters degree at an accredited college or university in the US, planning to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027. Our interns – and their conversion role - are required to be based on one of our US hub locations where you can experience a hybrid working environment. This internship and the full-time conversion will be based in Spokane. Interns are expected to relocate. Primary Responsibilities Engage and participate in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Monitor progress to plan and design a recovery strategy if project deviates from baseline plan. Assemble and publish effective status reports able to serve a variety of audiences. Design and deliver presentations to support the governance process for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Collaborate with peers, managers and team members across the organization to solve problems, develop plans, and coordinate work. Performs other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal and presentation formats to a variety of audiences. Able to apply critical thinking techniques to analyze problems and develop solutions, Willing to learn how to build resource forecasts or manage risk. Willing to learn to use either Waterfall or Agile methods to handle projects which may comprise both software and hardware. Assist with the gathering of product requirements and project scope across a multi-function team. Willing to learn the working knowledge of technology companies or domains and the interplay between Marketing, Product Development, Manufacturing, Customer Support, Sales and Professional Services. Basic knowledge with tools for project and portfolio management such as Smartsheet, MS Project/MS Project Server. Desired experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence); Excellent skill at using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word. Applicants should be/possess: A current student enrolled in a technical discipline at a university or college pursuing a Bachelors, Masters in the US. Preferred majors are Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied and Computational Math Sciences or related disciplines. Completed a Data Structures course in a modern, object-oriented programming language or possess equivalent knowledge. Approaching their Junior year (if pursuing a Bachelors) or beyond at the time of the internship (ie. one summer left before graduation). Available for a 12-week internship between May and September of 2026. We are unable to accommodate internships outside of this time frame. Experience with at least one of the following programming languages: (Python, Java, C++, C) Technology product development experience a plus.
