Overview The Technical Program Manager oversees the development and deployment of our voice AI technology across IoT partners. This role requires a solid technical background in Linux and Python, with C++ knowledge as a bonus. Leadership, strong project management, and the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds are essential. In this role, you will: Lead and coordinate engineering teams focusing on developing advanced voice assistant systems. Serve as the primary point of technical contact for international partners, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication across cultural boundaries. Develop detailed project documentation, oversee project scope, schedule, and deployment. Address and mitigate project risks, spearheading problem resolution to ensure project success. Foster a collaborative international work environment, respecting and integrating diverse cultural perspectives in project planning and execution. We'd love to hear from you if your qualifications/attributes include: Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computational Linguistics or a related field. 5+ years of experience in technical program management, Linux, Python, C++, ASR, or other AI technologies. Demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, managing complex projects in a dynamic, international environment. Involved in large IoT projects.
