MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of experience in the Job offered or in a related occupation
  • Experience must include 60 months involving the following:
  • Software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management
  • Communicating and working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
  • Analytics and problem-solving with systems
  • Establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
  • Building and overseeing end-to-end project plans for machine learning using various ML framework and algorithms, i.e., Similarity, NLP, TFIDF, Web scarping etc
  • Creating the roadmap for the program and project deliverable and architectural workflow using tools like lucid, Asana etc

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate development activities for a technology a product or program for the entire lifecycle including: analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation activities for various company technology products and projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions and measure impact by defining meaningful metrics to meet company growth goals.
  • Prioritize products and projects based on impact level and leverage data to drive prioritization decisions.
  • Foster a culture of data driven decision-making throughout the entire product life cycle.
  • Map dependencies and relationship between products, projects, and technologies throughout stages of product modification and upgrades.
  • Identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks and resolve cross-team issues.
  • Create better, more efficient workflows.
  • Establish excellent working relations with all stakeholders with an emphasis on maximizing team members’ potential, providing day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for products, projects, and tasks.
