Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Program Manager to join the Accelerator team at MSRA. The candidate will also oversee and coordinate research projects, foster collaboration between MSRA and academia, and ensure successful research project delivery. This role requires strong PM skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. This role also requires the candidate to work closely with young talents and rising stars in the CS and related fields, closely monitor evolving talent trends and be responsible for the MSRA talent programs. Discover actionable insights from research and emerging trends and lead research projects within the Accelerator team to ensure alignment with strategic goals and timelines. Foster collaboration between MSRA and academia through joint research initiatives and knowledge exchange programs. Oversee MSRA talent programs, including “Stars of Tomorrow Internship Program,” “StarLeap Program,” and “StarBridge Program,” and closely monitor evolving talent trends. Master's or above degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of program management experience in a research or technology environment. Proven track record of managing complex projects. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, including the ability to communicate with senior executives and customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
