Description

The position: We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical program manager to join Mobileye R&D China production team and contribute to the cutting-edge autonomous vehicle platform. As a technical program manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of REM products in China. \n What will your job look like? Work closely with business departments and technical teams to deeply understand China REM projects requirements, and participate in pre-production feasibility studies and technical evaluations. Take the lead in formulating detailed and feasible project plans, and clarify project goals, scope, schedules, resource requirements and deliverables. Own execution management, track milestones, mitigate risks, and troubleshooting roadblocks to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate closely with cross-geo cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies. Drive transparency by regularly updating stakeholders (both local and global) on progress, challenges, and adjustments, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes for China-specific needs, making sure global frameworks are adapted effectively to local realities while maintaining consistency with broader standards. 8+ years of experience in technical project management, with experience in full project life cycle management and successful cases of delivering large-scale technical projects. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from different professional backgrounds such as technology, business, and testing to promote efficient project development. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to quickly analyze problems, put forward reasonable solutions, and make decisive decisions when the project faces complex problems and risks. Demonstrated experience in Cloud Services/Platform technology, as well as enterprise-level commercial SaaS. Proficiency in project management knowledge systems and mastery of project management tools and methods. Experience in managing ADAS or AV projects is a strong plus. \n
