JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of technical program management work experience in cloud SaaS, enterprise platforms, or hyperscaler marketplace ecosystems, leading large and complex cross-functional programs
  • Proven ability to drive programs involving APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and marketplace integrations.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience managing AI/ML initiatives, including training data pipelines, model deployment, and integration with customer-facing applications.
  • Familiarity with IT systems such as UCPQ, SFDC, ServiceNow, and ERP connectors (SAP, Oracle NetSuite).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong background in data analysis using SQL, Python, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to support program decision-making.
  • Knowledge of subscription-based licensing, entitlement management, and marketplace billing integration.
  • Strong collaboration skills across engineering, product, data science, and GTM teams, working in distributed and global environments.

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or Engineering is required. A Master’s degree in the same fields is highly preferred.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 152,150 - 225,500 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end technical program management for product launches, ensuring integration of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) with enterprise product platforms.
  • Understand solution requirements and engage subject matter experts across domains such as subscription billing engines (Zuora, Aria), CRM systems (SFDC), and API-driven product platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between product, engineering, and IT teams to deliver functionality across internal commerce tools including UCPQ, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and microservices-based order management systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and collaborate with engineering to modernize toolsets through AI/ML models, workflow orchestration (Airflow, Kubeflow), and API integration pipelines.
  • Coordinate hyperscaler marketplace listing updates in alignment with product team needs and Azure/AWS Marketplace compliance frameworks, metadata schemas, and deployment pipelines.
  • Design and lead migration programs for transitioning customer bases between marketplace listings using data migration scripts (SQL, Python), ETL pipelines, and API connectors.
