Description
Prepares project plans and drives the project from conception and planning to implementation. Will participate in the development of strategies, processes and resources. Manages project schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software. Coordinates allocated resources from within the Division to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project. Initiates and manages purchase requisitions, and purchase orders. Drives cost schedule performance of equipment for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide. Participates on multifunctional design teams comprised of internal, external and/or matrixed headcount to complete projects. Provides technical input to team members to achieve project goals. Interfaces and coordinates within the division to define project objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment. Provides engineering and business process expertise to team and other members on various standard programs / issues. Identifies and resolves potential complications within the project and develops solutions for resolution. Working within a multi-disciplined team of engineers ( 10 peers), Will be expected to become a key subject matter expert on particular projects across the site. Graduating with a Master's degree in physics, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science or related field Must be in good academic standing with a preferred GPA above 3.0 on a 4.0 scale Knowledge of automation Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions Flexible and adaptable mindset Thrive in a results-driven culture Has an appetite to grow a career in the semiconductor industry Science/Engineering related degree (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Physics, Electrical, or related field). MS, PhD preferred. Materials, Deposition, Systems experience and domain expertise Semiconductor applications and services experience desired Extensive new product introduction experience with a performance-based track record Strong program management and product lifecycle management experience Customer focused - Voice of Customer (VOC) domain expertise and strong customer acumen Positive can-do hands-on entrepreneurial attitude that builds support for RD&E needs Strong communication skills and interpersonal presence that extends confidence and humility Ability to effectively manage and deliver to multiple Key Performance Indices (KPIs). Critical thinking and ability to influence and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, finance, marketing, strategy, management). Excellent personal time management and project management skills.
