JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong operational mindset and proven experience leading process improvement and automation programs. This role is ideal for someone who understands how business operations work at a deep level and can identify inefficiencies, uncover opportunities, and implement scalable solutions using technology and data. The TPM will partner closely with operational teams, process owners, and technical stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional programs aimed at optimizing business processes across departments such as Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current workflows, define future state processes, and prioritize opportunities based on impact and feasibility.
  • Drive the implementation of automation and digital tools in partnership with internal teams or external vendors.
  • Develop business cases, project charters, and performance metrics to measure success and ROI of improvement initiatives.
  • Use data analysis and dashboards to track process performance, highlight inefficiencies, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Facilitate workshops and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Establish program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication strategies to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Act as a liaison between operations and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated accurately into technical solutions.
