This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Program Manager in the United States. In this role, you will lead the delivery of enterprise IT platforms, orchestrating cross-functional programs that span engineering, product, and cloud infrastructure teams. You will work closely with executive leadership to define strategy, scope technical initiatives, and guide architectural trade-offs, ensuring the successful execution of large-scale software projects. This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise IT tooling, improve engineering delivery frameworks, and mentor technical teams in a hybrid work environment. You will be responsible for aligning teams across multiple domains, tracking delivery milestones, and providing executive-level reporting and risk management. The role combines hands-on technical knowledge with strategic leadership to drive outcomes that impact IT operations at scale. Accountabilities: · Lead large-scale cross-functional programs across engineering, product, and cloud infrastructure teams. · Collaborate with executive leadership on delivery strategy, program scoping, and technical planning. · Define and manage program timelines, execution frameworks, and delivery milestones. · Facilitate executive-facing reporting, risk communication, and stakeholder alignment. · Drive Agile best practices including sprint cycles, backlog management, and continuous delivery. · Act as a technical leader to unblock engineers and ensure alignment across backend, infrastructure, and cloud platforms. · Monitor program progress and provide recommendations for process improvement and optimization. · 5–10 years of technical program management or engineering management experience. · Prior engineering experience with strong technical depth in APIs, systems, and infrastructure. · Proven track record of delivering enterprise software, ideally in IT, compliance, or IT asset management domains. · Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in a hybrid or remote setting. · Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills. · Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and delivery metrics. · Ability to collaborate with C-level executives, directors, and technical stakeholders.
