MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience in compliance, information security, IT audit, or risk management in the U.S. Federal Government Assessment and Authorization process.
  • Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent practical experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform or Cloud technologies, abuse detection, and web platform intricacies.
  • Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-53 (Rev. 4, Rev. 5).
  • Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end technical program management of multi-functional programs, from planning and delivery to tracking and reporting.
  • Partner with Google Public Sector and engineering teams to ensure products meet all Authorization and Accreditation requirements throughout their lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple interactions across geographically dispersed teams, using excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Drive project delivery and technology reviews, applying technical judgment to challenge proposals and build consensus among teams.
  • Engage with engineering and product leaders to simplify how compliance requirements are integrated into Cloud products and services.
