ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a high-visibility federal technology initiative focused on modernizing complex case management workflows. This role involves delivering cloud-based enterprise solutions across a multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent delivery management skills, and a track record of supporting mission-focused technology programs within the federal space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of cloud and workflow automation solutions, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and stakeholder requirements.
  • Manage cross-functional teams through Agile delivery cycles, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and system rollout activities.
  • Interface directly with government stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Oversee integration with external systems such as identity management, financial systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Monitor project KPIs, risk registers, and delivery milestones; proactively resolve blockers and escalate critical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with federal standards in documentation, data handling, user access, and auditability.
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption efforts across agency teams and partner organizations.
