Associate Director Program Manager Role Description : Mandate is that Must have the 1 or 2 program management experience in Java with Banking domain. Digital Banking exposure is mandatory. Minimum of 15 years of career experience out of which minimum 7 years should as developer & 5 years of experience in managing or performing IT development projects using an Agile approach. Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication written and verbal, time management, project planning, people and team building skills. Oversee the development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, documentation, and support of high-quality, reliable, and mission-critical applications to meet business needs. Collaborate with the business to identify new business requirements and lead the technology team to deliver those requirements. 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience. 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee the development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, documentation, and support of high-quality applications. Collaborate with the business to identify new requirements and lead the technology team to deliver those requirements.
