We are looking for a Technical Programme Director with deep expertise in the software services industry to join our team in Eindhoven. In this role, you will drive a large-scale initiative within the technical equipment and manufacturing sector, delivering strategic vision, fostering innovation, and building strong client relationships. This position demands strong knowledge of agile methodologies and business case-focused delivery.

• Strong expertise in solutions architecture and product engineering
• Comprehensive technical knowledge paired with strong business insight
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and confidently engage with C-level stakeholders
• Experience with business case-focused delivery, including tracking outcomes and achieving measurable results
• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programs in a global, multi-vendor environment
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align project execution with broader organizational objectives

• Lead a major transformation program covering robotics, data, cloud (Azure), and SAP for a leading Dutch client
• Provide strategic direction and position EPAM as a trusted partner in delivery excellence
• Manage teams and portfolios consisting of 50+ consultants and engineers across onshore, nearshore (Europe), and offshore (India) locations
• Develop and nurture client relationships across technology, product, and operational domains
• Ensure successful project outcomes, meeting business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication
• Monitor and improve delivery health using qualitative and quantitative performance metrics
• Establish the delivery framework and grow the client partnership for long-term success
