We are looking for a Technical Programme Director with significant expertise in the software services industry to join our team in Eindhoven. In this position, you will oversee a large-scale initiative within the technical equipment and manufacturing sector, providing strategic leadership, fostering innovation, and building strong client partnerships. This role demands proficiency in agile methodologies and a focus on delivering business case-oriented results.

REQUIREMENTS

• In-depth knowledge of solutions architecture and product engineering
• Strong technical expertise paired with robust business insight
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and engage confidently with C-level executives
• Experience in business case-focused delivery, with an emphasis on measuring results and achieving outcomes
• Extensive experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives within global, multi-vendor environments
• A strategic mindset with the ability to align project execution with broader organizational objectives

• Lead a comprehensive transformation program involving robotics, data, cloud (Azure), and SAP for a prominent Dutch client
• Define strategic direction and position EPAM as a trusted partner in solution delivery
• Manage teams and portfolios of over 50 consultants and engineers across onshore, nearshore (Europe), and offshore (India) locations
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships across technology, product, and operational teams
• Ensure project success by achieving business goals, meeting timelines, and staying within budget constraints
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Monitor and enhance delivery performance through the use of qualitative and quantitative metrics
• Build a delivery framework and strengthen the client relationship to drive long-term success
