Responsibilities
  • Lead a comprehensive transformation program involving robotics, data, cloud (Azure), and SAP for a prominent Dutch client
  • Define strategic direction and position EPAM as a trusted partner in solution delivery
  • Manage teams and portfolios of over 50 consultants and engineers across onshore, nearshore (Europe), and offshore (India) locations
  • Develop and sustain strong client relationships across technology, product, and operational teams
  • Ensure project success by achieving business goals, meeting timelines, and staying within budget constraints
  • Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and enhance delivery performance through the use of qualitative and quantitative metrics
  • Build a delivery framework and strengthen the client relationship to drive long-term success
