Technical Programme Manager | Dublin (Hybrid - Flexible) | PermanentHiring on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Technical Programme Manager to coordinate end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure programmes. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the full data centre delivery lifecycle from early design through to customer handoverCoordinate cross-functional teams covering design, power delivery, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational handoverSupport engineering teams with design-phase activities including electrical, mechanical, and power architectureSupport power and utilities coordination including grid connections, build, and energisationTrack permitting, regulatory approvals, and associated schedule risk across European jurisdictionsManage dependencies across multiple portfolios, projects, and workstreamsAct as primary programme interface between internal teams, business stakeholders, and customersProvide clear and accurate programme reporting, risk management, and executive updatesRequirements5+ years' experience delivering large-scale programmes / deploymentsProven experience with a hyperscale cloud operator, colocation provider, or data centre vendor/contractorStrong understanding of the full data centre lifecycle - design, power, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handoverDemonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary technical programmesExperience working across multiple European countries and regulatory environmentsProficient with project management software and planning toolsProgramme or project management certification - PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent preferredDegree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
