Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities • Work closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution • Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies • Prepare project documentation, MOMs, status reports, and progress updates • Assist in requirement gathering and task breakdown • Monitor project progress and proactively highlight risks or delays • Ensure proper communication and follow-ups across teams • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and client meetings • Maintain project trackers and tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms • Support project managers in ensuring successful and timely project delivery Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, or related field • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, technical project management, or related roles • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools Preferred Skills • Basic understanding of web and mobile application development • Experience working with technical teams • Knowledge of APIs, databases, and software workflows is a plus • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment What We Offer • Opportunity to work on innovative and challenging projects • Dynamic and collaborative work environment • Learning and growth opportunities • Exposure to end-to-end project execution and client handling • Career advancement opportunities in project m
