This role partners closely with Product and Engineering team members to help keep work organized, priorities visible, and day‑to‑day execution running smoothly. The role supports how work moves through RecogNation’s development process by assisting with task coordination, maintaining clear documentation, organizing backlog items and tickets, and helping ensure requests and information flow to the appropriate teams. This role collaborates with cross‑functional partners—including Customer Service, IT, Sales, and others—to support data accuracy, process clarity, and effective communication. While this role does not own product strategy or technical decisions, it plays an important role in helping translate ideas into well‑defined, actionable work that teams can execute with confidence.
