THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY OFFERS 1-2 MONTHS OF TRAINING IN MUMBAI, FOLLOWED BY A PERMANENT RELOCATION TO DUBAI ON THE CLIENT’S PAYROLL. Training: 1-2 months in Mumbai, followed by permanent relocation to Dubai

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Lead to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on client projects in Dubai while being a critical part of Bizinso’s growth journey. Initial training will take place in Mumbai to familiarize you with project requirements, followed by permanent relocation to Dubai.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in software development or IT services.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based technologies. Proficiency in MVC, Laravel, Django, PHP, Javascript, Vue JS, React Js, etc.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
