Description
You are a technically fluent project leader who thrives in complexity. You’ve led large-scale website builds or migrations before and understand what it takes to move enterprise organisations onto modern platforms without things falling apart. You are comfortable zooming out to design the overall technical approach, and zooming right back in to solve edge cases, integrations, and performance issues. You speak the language of developers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders, and you know how to keep all of them aligned. You’re methodical, calm under pressure, and opinionated in a constructive way. You care about quality, scalability, and doing things properly the first time. What you'll be doing: Owning delivery of large-scale Webflow Enterprise builds and migrations from start to finish Defining project plans, milestones, technical approaches, and delivery timelines Leading internal delivery teams and aligning designers, developers, and stakeholders Designing and owning technical architecture for enterprise Webflow implementations Architecting CMS structures, localisation strategies, permissions, and content governance Designing and validating integrations with third-party systems and internal platforms Getting hands-on in technical detail to review builds, migrations, and integration logic Guiding developers through complex implementation challenges and edge cases Acting as the technical authority in client conversations and delivery decisions Identifying risks early and proactively managing scope, complexity, and dependencies Ensuring performance, scalability, security, and maintainability standards are met Contributing to internal delivery standards, documentation, and repeatable frameworks Highly experienced delivering large-scale Webflow Enterprise projects Comfortable leading complex website migrations end-to-end Deeply technical and happy working in the detail, not just at a high level Experienced designing CMS architectures, content models, and governance structures Confident architecting integration pathways with CRMs, marketing platforms, analytics tools, and custom systems Experienced leading cross-functional teams through technically complex delivery Calm, structured, and decisive under pressure Strong communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear recommendations Experience migrating from AEM to Webflow is a significant plus
Responsibilities
The role involves owning the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Webflow Enterprise builds and migrations, including defining project plans, technical approaches, and delivery timelines.
