Responsibilities Technical Project Leader coordinates and completes projects within the Technology and Products organization. The focus for this role is to stabilize, track, and drive projects with an emphasis on driving delivery excellence, tangible outcomes, effective communication, and on-time budgets and deliverables while actively mitigating, tracking, and reporting roadblocks and risk. Accountable and responsible POC for overseeing and communicating regular updates on project scope, budget, and project schedule/delivery timeline for one or more projects to include regular briefs with various internal teams and executive leadership. Responsible and accountable for tracking all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery. Create and track progress against project plans, project schedules, milestones, budgets (forecasting and actuals), charge codes, or other performance indicators, and reports to colleagues, teams, and management in a timely manner. Help formulate plan for delivery and allocate resources alongside resource managers and budget. Drive internal dependency management and coordination as well as 3rd party vendor management. Qualifications Required US citizenship (dual not allowed) Meticulous attention to detail including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project outcomes and metrics Strong and effective cross-disciplinary communication skills Extraordinary judgement and a proven track record of developing effective and collaborative cross-functional relationships A minimum of 3-5 years of project management or equivalent experience Preferred 6-8 years of project management or equivalent experience
