The Technical Project Manager will manage and coordinate projects and initiatives that support engineering teams responsible for Workplace technology covery client operating system, Microsoft 365, collaboration and voice- and mobile solutions. The role ensures timely delivery, stakeholder management, and quality across multiple technology domains YOUR CHALLENGE Plan, track, and report on projects and initiatives in the digital workplace area Ensure alignment with engineering teams and business stakeholders Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives Act as a liaison between engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders Prepare documentation, project plans, and status reports Ensure projects adhere to internal security, compliance, and regulatory standards YOUR PROFILE Skilled in planning, executing, and closing projects using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall Ability to engage and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels Experience in driving adoption and managing organizational change for digital workplace solutions Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues Capable of managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently Skilled in managing third-party vendors and service providers for technology delivery Ability to analyse workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity and collaboration Understanding of data protection, compliance requirements, and security best practices in digital environments in a regulated industry Strong skills in preparing clear status reports, and presenting to leadership Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications or equivalent professional experience is highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, collaboration platforms (Cisco Webex and Call Manager, Voice Recording, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.), and endpoint management tools Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2) We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
