Description

Position Title: Technical PM - (High Performance Computing)Duration: 12+ months Contract Client Location: RemoteJob Details:We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager (TPM) with deep experience in High Performance Computing (HPC) environments, preferably with exposure to NVIDIA technologies, to lead and coordinate large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in data center operations, IT infrastructure, and technical program delivery, working across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of complex systems.This role requires someone who is adaptable to different shift schedules and capable of managing highly technical stakeholders and fast-paced project timelines.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery within HPC and data center environments.
  • Coordinate efforts across engineering, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk logs, and progress reports.
  • Manage deployment, upgrade, or integration efforts involving NVIDIA HPC hardware/software, GPU clusters, and supporting tools.
  • Work closely with system administrators, network engineers, and data center operations to support infrastructure readiness.
  • Drive technical discussions, clarify requirements, and remove blockers for engineering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with security, performance, and operational standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project status, milestones, and risks.
  • Flexibly cover either the morning or evening shift as needed, depending on operational requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in HPC or high-throughput computing environments.
  • Strong understanding of data center operations, server infrastructure, and networking.
  • Proven experience managing projects involving NVIDIA HPC products (e.g., DGX systems, CUDA, NVLink, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent project planning and execution skills using tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong technical aptitude; ability to bridge communication between engineering and management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and external vendors.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL or similar infrastructure management frameworks is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
