Check out our GOASG website. Role Summary As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead complex projects within the medical device industry. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. You will oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and regulatory compliance while mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities Documentation & Regulatory Compliance Maintain knowledge of ISO 13485 and relevant governmental regulations. Create and manage documentation compliant with company and regulatory standards. Project Planning & Execution Analyze, plan, and execute scheduled projects. Adjust schedules and targets based on changing needs or financing. Prepare project schedule estimations and evaluate technical options. Conduct project evaluations, After-Action Reviews (AAR), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Leadership & Team Management Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team synergy across multiple units. Resolve technical and project issues promptly. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Drive alignment among technical, management, quality, and regulatory stakeholders. Document and follow up on technical meetings and decisions. Risk Management Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks. Maintain detailed risk documentation including probability, impact, and mitigation strategies. Change Management Guide teams through change control processes and ensure data accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field. 5–10 years of experience in the medical device industry or related roles. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of regulatory principles, design controls, and development processes. Expertise in project management strategies and schedule maintenance. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
