JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in IT projects and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to team facilitation, a deep understanding of software development lifecycles, and a passion for driving continuous improvement within Agile teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 12+ years of experience in IT projects, preferably in roles such as Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and Agile artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
  • Good familiarity with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Crystal, XP).
  • Strong communication and servant leadership skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Confluence.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure the team follows Scrum practices.
  • Support product owners with backlog management and definition of ready/done.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve impediments to team progress.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team environment.
