This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate technical IT projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborating with engineering, product, QA, and design teams to deliver high-impact solutions on schedule. Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation in collaboration with engineering, product, QA, and design teams. Track project performance using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project) and report status to stakeholders. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery. Support site surveys, equipment installations, and coordination with local teams and external stakeholders. Prepare and maintain schedules, status reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project management standards and reporting metrics such as Earned Value Management (EVM). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, or IT systems implementation. PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant certifications are a plus. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Confluence. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Technical background or aptitude for quickly understanding and communicating technical concepts. Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time. Experience in regulated or secure environments (e.g., government, aviation, transportation) preferred. DHS Secret clearance eligibility or existing Secret Clearance is a plus.
